Pet Dental Month

Periodontal (dental/oral) disease is the most prevalent disease among dogs and catsAn astounding 80 percent of dogs and cats show signs of oral disease by age three, according to the American Veterinary Dental Society (AVDS). Although daily tooth brushing is advised for dogs and cats, the reality is that only two percent of dog owners follow through.

In order to promote Dental Health Month, Coral Breeze will be offering the following specials.  We also encourage clients to understand that while February is the month designated to pet dental health awareness, ensuring proper dental care requires a yearlong commitment. Pet owners who take an active role in their pet’s dental health can help prevent periodontal disease and help ensure a healthy life for their canine and feline companions.
