Amy is often one of the first friendly faces you'll meet when contacting our hospital. As our Care Coordinator, she is passionate about helping pets and the people who love them feel welcomed, supported, and cared for every step of the way. Whether she's scheduling appointments, answering questions, or helping clients navigate their pet's healthcare needs, Amy is dedicated to making every experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Her journey in animal care began at a wildlife rehabilitation center in Pennsylvania, where she worked with injured and orphaned wild animals. That hands-on experience deepened her appreciation for the human-animal bond and inspired her commitment to helping animals live healthier, happier lives.
Known for her exceptional organization, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond, Amy takes pride in building relationships with clients and ensuring that every pet receives the attention they deserve. She understands that pets are family and treats each patient with the same compassion and care she gives her own beloved animals.
At home, Amy's life is happily filled with furry friends, including five cats, a dog, and a chinchilla. Her love for animals is at the heart of everything she does, and she brings that warmth, empathy, and dedication to our team every day.
